• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products.
• Provide tax advice, full‑service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries.
• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to provide accurate answers in everyday language.
• Operate as a virtual, customer‑facing role using our video communication software and document interactions to maintain accurate records.

• Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws and a valid PTIN.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
• Passionate about helping clients navigate tax complexities and committed to enhancing our brand by delighting customers.
• Excellent customer service skills and confident interacting with customers via video/audio tools.

• Internet connection meeting Intuit Security criteria.
• Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay‑for‑performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range varies by location:

• Bay Area, California: $28.80 - $36.50 per hour
• Southern California: $28.80 - $36.50 per hour
• Colorado: $27.50 - $34.80 per hour
• Hawaii: $28.80 - $36.50 per hour
• Illinois: $27.50 - $34.80 per hour
• Maryland: $27.50 - $34.80 per hour
• Massachusetts: $28.80 - $36.50 per hour
• Minnesota: $24.80 - $30.30 per hour
• New Jersey: $28.80 - $36.50 per hour
• New York: $28.80 - $36.50 per hour
• Ohio: $24.80 - $30.30 per hour
• Vermont: $27.50 - $34.80 per hour
• Washington: $28.80 - $36.50 per hour
• Washington DC: $28.80 - $36.50 per hour

Additional compensation includes cash bonuses, equity rewards, and benefits, in accordance with applicable plans and programs.
