In this role, you will help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products by providing tax advice, full‑service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries—supporting our goal of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.”

• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to find and deliver the correct answer to the customer in everyday language.
• Engage in a virtual, customer‑facing role using state‑of‑the‑art video communication software, documenting interactions to maintain accurate records.

• Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns, using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws, and an active PTIN.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish (written & spoken).
• Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation complexities and committed to enhancing our brand by outperforming customer expectations.
• Excellent customer service skills, excited to interact with customers via video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.

• Internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
• Minimum availability of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
