Senior Tax Manager; REMOTE

Position: Senior Tax Manager (REMOTE)
We are partnering with our leading client for a Senior Tax Manager position. You will be responsible for developing and overseeing the tax functions. This position is remote. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $120,000 to $150,000 per year.

Job Description:

• Collaborating with external tax advisors on strategic projects and tax planning initiatives.
• Maintaining an effective internal control environment to comply with financial reporting standards and SOX regulations.
• Managing tax accounting in accordance with ASC 740.
• Overseeing tax provision processes and reviewing financial statement disclosures.
• Handling all US and foreign tax filings.
• Organizing tax audits and identifying opportunities to reduce the company's taxes.
• Assisting with research on technical accounting topics and implementing new accounting standards.

Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business.
• CPA certification required.
• 10+ years of related experience in a combination of public and corporate accounting.
• At least 3 years of experience with a Big 4 accounting firm.
• International accounting experience.
