Remote in the Tulsa Area
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to support daily AP operations by processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and ensuring accurate, timely payments. This role plays a key part in maintaining strong vendor relationships while upholding confidentiality and accuracy in financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities- Process vendor invoices and manage AP records
- Perform data entry, reconciliations, and spreadsheet management
- Respond to vendor and employee inquiries and resolve discrepancies
- Reconcile statements and assist with monthly accruals and closings
- Support 1099 preparation and AP process improvements
- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in Net Suite, Microsoft Excel, and Word
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of basic accounting principles
- Excellent communication, time management, and teamwork skills
