Responsibilities- Oversee multiple client engagements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of deliverables
- Manage and support teams of supervisors and staff accountants
- Provide strategic financial insights and advisory services to clients
- Serve as a key leader within the firm, upholding high standards of excellence
- Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality
- Mentor and develop team members to support their professional growth
- Act as a proactive problem solver with a focus on client success
- Apply strong leadership and technical accounting expertise in day-to-day work
- Maintain direct client engagement while managing high-level oversight responsibilities
- 3+ years of outsourced accounting experience
- Non-profit industry required
- Public accounting experience required
- Highly analytical and detail oriented
- Excellent communication skills
