Supplier Accounting Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supplier Accounting Analyst to join our forward-thinking team.

In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently reviewing supplier invoices from around the globe, ensuring tasks are completed with accuracy and within deadlines. You will collaborate closely with suppliers and internal departments to resolve disputes, reconcile statements, review discrepancies and manage reporting tasks.

• Invoice Reviewing: accurately register and review invoices.
• Dispute Resolution: investigate and resolve supplier invoice disputes promptly on a daily basis.
• Reporting: generate and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reports in Excel, addressing open queries effectively.
• Reconciliation: perform reconciliation of supplier statements and handle related disputes.
• Document Management: archive and file documents in compliance with country-specific legislation.
• Support Tasks: assist with other accounting-related tasks as required.

• Numerical aptitude with accounting knowledge.
• Fluent English is essential for this role.
• Proficiency in Excel (e.g., XLOOKUP, pivot tables).
• A fast learner with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems and processes.
• Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment, demonstrating collaboration and an open-minded approach.
• A proactive attitude with a focus on innovation and problem-solving.
• Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous.
• Familiarity with the Oracle system is desirable.

• Hybrid:
  Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday required office days for Panorama Office site;
  Monday, Friday-work from home.

$26.80 - $32.75 per hourly. Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
