We're seeking a career-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our Financial Reporting team. In this role, you'll perform general accounting work, analysis and reporting in support of the timely preparation of the organization's detailed financial statements. Working within a collaborative, continuous learning environment, this individual will possess advanced Excel skills, strong analytics and attention to detail. Specifically, the Accountant is responsible to prepare asset, liability and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information and explaining variances.

In addition, the Accountant maintains general accounting records, performs complex reconciliations and various analyses and assists with month-end close.

Experience with People Soft or other enterprise system applications a plus. This position is located in our Sarasota, FL office and is eligible for FCCI's hybrid work schedule, working from home up to twice per week.

The salary range for this position is $56,746-$87,390 annually. This salary range is an estimate and the actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
