Accounting Clerk

Aston Carter is working with a great company in the Blue Springs area who is looking to hire someone to start at the end of January for the next 4 - 6 weeks. This would be a great opportunity for someone with a Bachelors in Accounting, Finance or similar who is looking to gain some accounting expereince. The role would be involved with doing data entry and updating vendor accounts.

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk with expertise in vendor maintenance to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and have a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

+ Perform data entry tasks related to vendor maintenance.

+ Manage vendor accounts efficiently.

+ Ensure accuracy and integrity of accounting data.

+ Collaborate with the finance team to enhance vendor management processes.

+ Proficiency in accounting and data entry.

+ Experience in vendor management.

+ Prior experience in finance-related roles is advantageous.

Work Environment

This position offers a hybrid work environment with 3 days in the office located in Blue Springs and 2 days working from home.

This is a Contract position based out of Blue Springs, MO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
