Tax Manager - North of Boston
A leading public accounting firm north of the city is seeking a Tax Manager to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an entrepreneurial, client-focused professional looking to fast-track their career in a collaborative and progressive environment. This opportunity will offer between $,000+ and the option to work completely remote.
Responsibilities- Manage and supervise tax engagements in line with firm and professional standards.
- Review complex tax returns and work papers for accuracy and compliance.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Oversee and mentor tax staff; provide technical guidance and training.
- Conduct tax research and consult on special projects.
- Manage a book of business, including budgets and production goals.
- BS in Accounting;
CPA required. - 10+ years of public accounting experience.
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency with Quick Books, Pro System fx Tax, and Microsoft Office Suite.
