Job Title:Accounts Payable Clerk
The Accounts Payable Clerk will be responsible for managing the accounts payable process, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, and maintaining strong vendor relationships. Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint is required.
Responsibilities- Manage the accounts payable process to ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices.
- Maintain and enhance strong relationships with vendors.
- Process and approve invoices efficiently.
- Perform vendor maintenance tasks diligently.
- Utilize Deltek Vantagepoint for accounts payable activities.
- Work with pivot tables and Vlookups in Excel to analyze data effectively.
- Proficiency with Deltek Vantagepoint.
- Experience in processing and approving invoices for over 3 years.
- Vendor maintenance experience for over 3 years.
- Ability to work with pivot tables and Vlookups in Excel.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in the AEC industry is a plus.
This is a fully remote position with work hours in the Eastern Standard Time (EST) and Central Standard Time (CST) zones. The role offers the potential to transition into a long‑term position depending on the workload after the go‑live date in January 2026.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Dallas, TX.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $27.00/hr.
