A well-established 50 Employee CPA firm in Dallas, TX is actively seeking a Tax Manager to join their growing team! This is an incredible opportunity for professionals looking for career advancement and a clear path to Partnership

• Strong reputation in public accounting with diverse clients across industries:
  Oil & Gas, Real Estate, Manufacturing, Not-for-Profits, and more.
• Known for promoting Managers to Partners and offering exceptional work-life balance.

• Schedule: 5 days in-office during busy season; work-from-home Fridays in off-season
• Practice Areas: Tax (with exposure to Assurance, Consulting)
• Software: MS Suite, Quick Books, CCH Axcess
• Base Salary: $110,000 – $140,000+ (flexible for the right candidate)
• 401(k) with 4% match

• CPA required
• Prior experience managing tax engagements and teams
• Strong technical knowledge and client service skills
