We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Assistant to support our finance team in a fully remote environment. This role is responsible for processing invoices, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting payment operations. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and comfortable working independently with minimal phone interaction.
Key Responsibilities- Process and enter vendor invoices accurately into the accounting system.
- Match invoices to purchase orders and receipts (3-way matching).
- Assist with weekly and monthly payment runs.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain organized digital records and documentation.
- Support month-end close activities related to accounts payable.
- Communicate with vendors and internal teams primarily via email or internal messaging.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Fully remote work environment.
Requirements- Experience:
Required. - Languages:
English – Advanced. - Employment:
Full-time. - Salary: $55,000 – $85,000 yearly.
