Overview
Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney) we would love to connect with you!

What You Will Do
- Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products: provide tax advice, full service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries.
- Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to find correct answers.
- Interact via video communication software and document interactions.
Who You Are
- Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns with commercial tax prep software.
- Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney.
- Bilingual English/Spanish written & spoken.
- Excellent customer service skills and professional video/audio communication.
What You Need
- Internet connection meeting Intuit Security criteria.
- Available to work minimum 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
Compensation
Intuit Provides a Competitive Compensation Package With a Strong Pay For Performance Rewards Approach. Expected Base Pay Range:
