We are building a talent pool of Finance & Accounting professionals for current and future opportunities with our global clients. These roles support core finance functions such as accounting operations, financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end close processes.

Depending on the client’s needs, roles may range from junior to senior individual contributors, supporting finance leaders, controllers, or CFOs in day-to-day financial operations.

Work arrangement:
Typically fully remote, with varying work hours - SG, AU, US, UK, etc.

Responsibilities may vary depending on the role and client but typically include:

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Prepare and review financial reports, reconciliations, and month-end or year-end close requirements.
• Process invoices, payments, credit notes, and expense claims.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.
• Work with accounting systems and tools (e.g., Xero, Quick Books, Net Suite, SAP).
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support audits, reporting, and operational needs.

• Experience in finance, accounting, or related roles (level varies by opportunity).
• Working knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Experience with accounting or ERP systems (Xero, Quick Books, SAP, Net Suite, or similar).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numbers accurately.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage deadlines and work independently in a remote setup.
