Responsibilities

• Prepare and review a variety of tax returns, including individuals, partnerships, and S‑corps
• Participate in tax planning and research for more complex client situations
• Work directly with experienced managers and partners who invest in your development
• Help guide and mentor junior staff and interns
• Deliver polished, high‑quality work while building long‑term client relationships

Qualifications

• 3+ years of tax experience in a public accounting firm
• CPA or actively CPA‑eligible with a clear plan to complete it
• Experience with individual and flow‑through returns (1040 experience preferred)
• Strong communication skills and a coachable, team‑first mindset
