As part of our tax team, you’ll work closely with clients and our staff to prepare accurate, well-supported tax returns — helping individuals and local businesses stay compliant and confident in their financial picture. You’ll have the opportunity to learn, collaborate, and grow in a supportive environment where your input matters.

• Prepare a variety of tax returns for businesses, trusts, non-profits, and individuals for both domestic and international clients.
• Assist with tax research and the development of tax strategies.
• Interact directly with clients to establish, build, and maintain relationships.
• Collaborate with team members through various stages of the tax preparation and review process.

Full Time — Hybrid (On-Site + Remote)

• Monday–Friday, in-office during tax season, hybrid schedule outside of tax season (May through December)
• Seasonal overtime and occasional weekends during peak tax season

• CPA or EA (candidates pursuing designation are encouraged to apply)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• Familiarity with CCH Axcess, Microsoft Office, and Quick Books Online preferred
• One to two seasons of tax preparation experience is preferred — however, we are ready and willing to train the right fit

$45,000-$60,000 /yr
