What You Will Do

• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products through tax advice, full service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries.
• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to customers using everyday language.
• Use our state‑of‑the‑art video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions to maintain accurate records.

Who You Are

• Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience, extensive knowledge of tax laws, and active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN).
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills – written & spoken.
• Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation complexities and committed to enhancing Intuit’s brand by delighting customers.
• Excellent customer service skills, excited to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, confident manner.

What You Need

• Internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
• Availability for a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across at least three days.

Compensation

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay‑for‑performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is:

• Bay Area California: $28.80 - $36.50
• Southern California: $28.80 - $36.50
• Colorado: $27.50 - $34.80
• Hawaii: $28.80 - $36.50
• Illinois: $27.50 - $34.80
• Maryland: $27.50 - $34.80
• Massachusetts: $28.80 - $36.50
• Minnesota: $24.80 - $30.30
• New Jersey: $28.80 - $36.50
• New York: $28.80 - $36.50
• Ohio: $24.80 - $30.30
• Vermont: $27.50 - $34.80
• Washington: $28.80 - $36.50
• Washington DC: $28.80 - $36.50

Position will be eligible for cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits per Intuit plans and programs.
