• Schedule:
  
  Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm (Option of working 4 10's once training is complete)
• Pay: $18.00 - $26.45 per hour (DOE)
• Location:

• 80 hours PTO front‑loaded on day 1

The Dealership Accountant I plays a crucial role in supporting dealership accounting operations, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration between Lithia Home Office (LHO), the regional Accounting Processing Center (APC), and store operations. Experience in the dealership/automotive industry is a plus, but we are willing to train a self‑motivated, result‑oriented individual with problem‑solving skills.

• Submission of aftermarket products
• New‑car purchases and dealer trades
• Recording of used‑car purchases
• Request and process lien payoffs
  
  Processing and payment of vendor invoices
• Weekly and monthly statement reconciliations
• Accounting for manufacturer monies (parts, warranty, incentives, miscellaneous)
• Posting to inter‑company accounts
• Other duties as assigned

• 1+ years of experience in dealership and/or processing car deals (preferred, not required)
• Retail sales and/or customer service experience (helpful)
• Strong attention to detail

• Computer literate with Microsoft Office and web‑based applications
• High school graduate or equivalent; 18 years or older
