Full-time Direct Hire

• Review complex tax returns (corporate, partnership, expatriate, dual status) and oversee correspondence with tax authorities.
• Research and interpret tax regulations, guide staff on technical issues.
• Review transfer pricing reports and tax provisions; prepare advanced analyses when needed.
• Lead client meetings, address inquiries, and identify additional service opportunities.
• Manage multiple engagements, budgets, and deadlines while supervising staff and seniors.
• Coach junior team members, provide feedback, and support a collaborative work environment.
• Stay current on tax developments and ensure effective плохо use of technology.

• Japanese and English bilingual level language skill required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• CPA or EA required.
• 5+ years of public accounting tax experience.
• Experience preparing various individual and business tax returns.
• Strong tax software and MS Office skills.
