• Assist in preparing and sending the bimonthly report on salary variables
• Record movements in SUA and IDSE under supervision
• Support in meeting audit requirements for IMSS or SAT reviews
• Provide administrative and operational support in the payroll process
• Perform technical support tasks and data entry related to payroll processes

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processes with an emphasis on social security in Mexico
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
• Practical knowledge of ISN declarations and payments
• Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken

• Experience with in-house payroll processing
• Understanding of global social security and local taxes
• Willingness to learn technical subjects
• Experience in end-to-end payroll processing in Mexico
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment
