Accounting Manager

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead a growing accounting team supporting operations across the United States and Canada. This role manages four direct reports and plays a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and timely close processes.

This is a primarily in-office position, with flexibility to work from home one day per week.

Compensation: $90,000–$110,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.

• Manage and develop a team of four accounting professionals, providing leadership, coaching, and performance oversight

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes for U.S. and Canadian entities

• Ensure accuracy and compliance in financial statements under applicable accounting standards

• Review journal entries, account reconciliations, and balance sheet analyses

• Support audits, tax filings, and regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions

• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve accounting processes and controls

• Assist with system enhancements, process improvements, and scalability initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or equivalent strongly preferred)

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including people management

• Experience supporting multi-entity and/or international operations (U.S. and Canada preferred)

• Strong knowledge of month-end close, financial reporting, and internal controls

• Full-time, in-office role with 1 remote day per week
