Mission I am looking for an accounts payable technician for a company in the household appliance industry in Laval.
Your tasks will include:
-Processing payments to suppliers within the established deadlines.
-Reconciling accounts payable with purchase orders and invoices.
-Analyzing account statements and following up on missing or disputed invoices.
-Managing discrepancies, credit notes, returns, and claims with suppliers.
-Optimizing the processing of cash discounts according to supplier agreements.
-Performing analyses related to accounts payable and preparing accounting entries.
-All other related tasks.
Your profile
Your profile:
-AEC or DEP in accounting.
-2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
-Good command of MS Office, particularly Excel.
-Versatile, independent, organized, and detail-oriented.
-Team spirit, sense of responsibility, and ability to take initiative.
-Curiosity or interest in AI and digital tools to improve process efficiency.
