Overview
Healthy Aligned Living is a nonprofit organization seeking a reliable volunteer with bookkeeping or accounting experience to support financial record-keeping using cloud-based accounting software. This role is fully remote and focused on accuracy, organization, and compliance. The volunteer will work within established systems and procedures. Financial decisions and final approvals remain with HAL leadership.
Responsibilities- Support financial record-keeping using cloud-based accounting software.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, file management, and risk management as part of financial oversight.
- Assist with contract writing and strategic planning as applicable.
Experience with bookkeeping or accounting software is required. Formal certification is an asset but not mandatory.
