Salary: $80,000 - $95,000 per year.

Location:

Ottawa, ON (occasional hybrid‑remote flexibility).

• Manage the accounting, assurance and tax service needs of a portfolio of private and public clients.
• Manage the engagement process from initial scheduling and planning through to client review and financial statement sign‑off.
• Meet with clients regarding financial statements, other business matters and engagement issues.
• Support personal and corporate tax filings.
• Discuss proposed time budgets with partners and assign engagement budgets to staff.
• Identify new business opportunities with new and existing clients.
• Manage and mentor a team of Accountants.
• Ensure reporting deadlines are monitored and reported against on a regular basis.
• Work directly with high‑growth tech clients, providing strategic insights and scalable financial solutions.

• University degree with a specialization in Accounting.
• CPA, CA, or equivalent designation (completed or near completion).
• Minimum 4 years of public accounting experience.
• Exposure to technology clients.
• Strong knowledge of accounting and assurance principles.
• Experience with assurance, accounting and tax software (e.g., Case Ware, Taxprep, Quick Books).
• Proven ability to manage deadlines and deliver high‑quality client service.
