Finance & Accounting Consultant

• Manage our internal bookkeeping, payroll, and tax reporting
• Support our functional consultants by solving complex accounting questions for clients
• Help clients set up their Chart of Accounts and financial workflows within Odoo
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax laws (PPh, PPN, e-faktur) for ourselves and our clients
• Perform financial health checks for clients to ensure their Odoo data is accurate

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 2+ years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or auditing
• Deep knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations
• Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
• A very organized mind with a high attention to detail

• Experience using Odoo Accounting or other ERP software
• Background in a consultancy or an accounting firm
• Experience with manufacturing or hospitality accounting
• Brevet A & B certification
