Did you finish your Bachelor education in Accounting? Do you want to put your acquired knowledge into practice? Then this job might be something for you. As a Junior Accountant, you keep our customers happy by assisting them in the performance or provision of accounting services in the broadest sense. The accountancy services will be carried out from our office in Sarajevo together with a team of accountants.

You will be working remotely for an innovative Western-European company with the ambition to grow. In addition, you will have the opportunity to further develop yourself in the field of Accounting and receive the right dose of responsibility and guidance.

• Processing financial transactions (bank statements and invoices)
• Excellent maintaining subledger of accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Good processing of journal entries with respect to (monthly/quarterly) closing process
• Good analyzing of balance sheet and profit & loss accounts
• Good processing of periodic financial reports
• Preparing periodic tax declarations (mainly VAT)

• Finished Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 1-3 years work experience in accounting sector
• You speak and write proficient English
• You are eager to learn
• Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles like IFRS
• You are a great team player
• You have a professional attitude
• You are a proactive person
• You are quality oriented and have a good numerical understanding
• Good knowledge of organizational structures
• Good knowledge of GAAP:
  Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (external reporting)
