Group Accounting Manager

T2M Resourcing are looking for an experienced Group Accounting Manager to join an international business on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract. This is a complex services sector multi-entity group and It is important that candidates have technical international reporting experience / IFRS standards expertise, and capable of large-scale consolidation and reconciliations. This role will be mostly remote but will require some travel to the company office.

• Duration: 12 Month FTC

• Month end accounting and consolidation to tight deadlines
• Manage and guide a small finance team.
• Focus on improvements within reconciliations, covering quality and pace.
• Key contact for statutory audit, working with auditors and the Head of Group Reporting.
• Preparation of year-end financial statements alongside reporting team.

• Must be a qualified Accountant (/ACCA/ACA or equivalent) with several yeas PQE
• Experience working within a group function with international exposure.
• Comfortable working with large and complex data sets.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
