Accounting Analyst; Bookkeeper

Overview

Position:
Accounting Analyst (Bookkeeper).

Working Hours:

US Hours (9am-5pm EST). Full-Time, Remote Work.

• Conduct thorough bookkeeping activities, including maintaining ledgers, reconciling bank statements, and ensuring accurate financial reporting.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies proactively.
• Support the automation of accounting processes to streamline data management and reporting.
• Monitor cash flow trends to ensure liquidity and proper cash management practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial information and enhance financial reporting practices.
• Provide support during the annual audit process by preparing required documentation and financial records.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting analysis roles. (Healthcare Bookkeeping preferred)
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Quick Books, Excel) and financial analysis tools.
• Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to effectively communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
• Strong organization skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling financial information.
• A proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
