Senior Accountant

Senior Staff Accountants with CPA Designation! Looking to get out of Public accounting?

Express SRG is recruiting for an Accountant for a large client 30 minutes drive from London, ON.
This is a hybrid role with some travel. This role is for an existing vacancy.

• Base Salary: $95,000 – $115,000 with bonus
• CPA dues covered and access to annual professional development for accreditation
• Vacation: 3–4 weeks
• Hybrid- 2 days work from home

Responsibilities (Not limited to ):

• Consult and advise regarding all financial matters
• Prepare internal monthly, interim, and year-end financial statements
• Oversee and assist the accounting/bookkeeping staff
• Prepare various return on investment financial analysis on potential capital projects
• Prepare year-end corporate income tax returns

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience
  - Public accounting experience an asset.
• Experience in budgeting/forecasting/reporting and cash flows and financial statements;
• CPA designation or in the final stages
• Ability to travel in southwestern Ontario
