As a Client Manager at Rise Accounting, you will lead a dedicated team serving a portfolio of innovative tech startups and SMEs. You will oversee essential accounting functions while providing strategic advisory services, financial forecasting, and growth support. • Lead and manage a diverse portfolio of tech-focused clients, acting as their primary point of contact for accounting and advisory needs.
• Manage and mentor a team of 3-4 Junior to Semi-Senior Accountants, ensuring high-quality output across VAT, payroll, and year-end accounts.
• Drive client value through strategic advisory services, including financial forecasting and specialized schemes like EIS, SEIS, and EMI.

• Must be a qualified or qualified-by-experience accountant (ACCA/ACA/CIMA preferred) with a strong background in practice or professional services.
• Demonstrates expert-level proficiency in cloud-based accounting software, specifically Xero and Quick Books, to manage multiple client workflows efficiently.
• Possesses a proactive, self-starter mentality with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
