Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the maintenance of AR/AP accounts in MYOB and Excel schedules.
- Support the creation of invoices and receipts.
- Assist in processing payment transactions and monitoring cash flow.
- Prepare weekly aging reports and monthly bank reconciliations.
- Assist with the preparation of monthly management financial statements.
- Support quarterly GST submissions.
- Assist with general office administration and data entry tasks.
- Proficient in MYOB and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of AR/AP processes and basic accounting principles.
- Meticulous, detail-oriented, and accurate in data entry.
- Able to multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills and ability to meet deadlines in a remote environment.
Job Types: Remote Full Time, Permanent
Working Hours5.25 days work week
- Monday to Friday: 08.45am – 05.45pm
- Alternate Saturdays: 08.45am – 12.45pm (5th Saturday required to work)
