In this permanent role, you will utilize your bookkeeping experience, ideally between one and two years, to maintain financial records effectively. Key duties include preparing payroll cheques, balancing accounts, and generating key financial reports. A high school diploma is required for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and calculate payroll cheques for efficiency

• Keep financial records balanced and up to date

• Manage general ledgers and produce financial statements

• Prepare various accounting and statistical reports

• Compile a trial balance of the books for accuracy

Requirements:

• High school graduation certificate is compulsory

• 1-2 years of experience in bookkeeping preferred

• Onsite job requirement, remote working not possible

• Must be authorized to work in Canada

• Strong skills in computerized and manual bookkeeping
