The position requires strong attention to detail, autonomy, and the ability to manage multiple client accounts in a dynamic, fast‑paced setting. Working remotely, you will collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver timely and accurate financial reporting. - Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for multiple small and medium‑sized business clients, ensuring accurate financial records and reconciliations
- Process end‑to‑end payroll for 50+ employees, including calculations, adjustments, and timely payroll execution
- Maintain and update financial data using accounting systems such as Quick Books and Excel
- Prepare financial reports and support clients with accurate and timely accounting insights
- Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and internal financial procedures
- Communicate with clients to resolve accounting and payroll‑related inquiries professionally and efficiently
- Support month‑end and year‑end closing activities as required
- Minimum 5 years of experience in bookkeeping and payroll administration for multiple clients or businesses
- Proven experience processing payroll for 50+ employees
- Strong proficiency in Quick Books, Excel, and Microsoft Office tools
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and payroll regulations
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills with a client‑service mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines effectively
- Experience in an outsourced accounting or multi‑client environment is an asset
