Description

The key responsibilities of the Part-time Assistant Accountant include:

Preparation of weekly reporting including:

Profit analysis
Revenue tracking
Cost performance insights

Supporting the month-end process, including:

Overheads review
Prepayments & accruals
Maintaining and managing the fixed asset register
Completing balance sheet reconciliations
Assisting in delivering accurate and timely financial information to support business decisionsProfile

A successful Part Time Assistant Accountant should have:

Previous experience in an accounting or finance role, preferably within the Media & Agency industry.
A recognised accounting qualification or progress towards one.
Strong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
Good communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.

Job Offer

Competitive salary ranging from £30,000 to £32,500 (pro-rata for part-time).
£32,500 full-time equivalent salary + a performance bonus.
25 days of holiday (full-time equivalent), increasing to 26 days after one year.
