We are seeking a dedicated Senior Bookkeeper to join our head office team. Your responsibilities will include calculating payroll, maintaining financial records using both manual and computerized systems, and fulfilling general ledger tasks. This permanent position demands accuracy and the ability to work independently while managing various bookkeeping duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Calculate and prepare payroll cheques accurately

• Maintain and balance financial records and accounts

• Prepare tax returns and bank reconciliations

• Manage accounts payable and receivable in real-time

• Compile reports for senior management review

Requirements:

• Experience with accounting software and MS Excel

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
