• Process and manage all Accounts Payable transactions

• Execute credit card reconciliations for various accounts

• Organize financial documentation and receipts systematically

• Match invoices accurately against purchase orders

• Obtain necessary approvals from internal stakeholders

Requirements:

• Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting support

• Strong focus on Accounts Payable and reconciliations

• Familiarity with project accounting is advantageous

• Excellent organization and detail orientation

• Commitment to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement
