Accounts Payable Technician

Position: Accounts Payable Technician - Hybrid Role
Join as a pivotal Accounts Payable Technician. Manage invoices, conduct bank reconciliations, and ensure compliance in expense reporting while working in a dynamic hybrid environment.

This crucial position reports to the leader of Accounts Payable within the Finance and Accounting department. Your responsibilities will span from handling supplier invoices and reconciling corporate transactions to optimizing various accounts payable functions. This role emphasizes teamwork and client-focused service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Input supplier invoices into accounting software

• Administer the Accounts Payable email and invoices

• Reconcile transactions using corporate credit cards

• Verify and process all expense reports

• Revise and improve accounts payable processes

Requirements:

• College diploma or vocational studies in accounting

• 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience

• Bilingual proficiency in English and French

• Strong skills in MS Office Suite, especially Excel

• Knowledge of ERP systems like Maconomy is beneficial
