Role Description  This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in Noida. The Accountant will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing and posting journal entries, managing accounts payable and receivable, and assisting with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities. The role includes preparing financial statements and reports, reconciling bank and ledger accounts, and ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards and internal policies.

The Accountant will support budgeting and forecasting activities, coordinate with internal teams and external auditors, and help implement process improvements in financial operations. The position requires close attention to detail, timely reporting, and effective collaboration with finance and business stakeholders.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in accounting principles, including general ledger, journal entries, and reconciliation.
Hands-on experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and expense tracking.
Ability to prepare basic financial statements, management reports, and supporting schedules.
Proficiency with accounting software and MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, and basic data analysis).
Understanding of taxation, compliance, and relevant financial regulations is an advantage.
Excellent numerical accuracy, attention to detail, and time management skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation abilities.
Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA/CPA/ACCA, or equivalent in progress) are a plus.
Prior experience in a similar accounting or finance role, preferably in a consulting or services environment.
