Position: GetQuorum Billing Coordinator – Remote
Become a Billing Coordinator with Get Quorum and support our clients by ensuring timely and accurate invoicing. Work remotely to deliver exceptional billing and customer service.

As a full-time remote worker, you will focus on managing accounts receivable and resolving client inquiries. Expect to collaborate with multiple departments, utilize various software tools, and maintain the accuracy of all billing data. Ideal candidates will possess strong organizational skills and a customer-focused attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Issue accurate invoices using Chargebee and Get Quorum

• Follow up with clients on unpaid invoices

• Maintain valid data in CRM and billing software

• Work with the accounting team on payment tracking

• Address and fix invoice discrepancies

Requirements:

• 2+ years in customer-facing roles

• Strong writing and communication skills

• Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft applications

• Ability to function in a startup environment

• Experience collecting accounts receivable is preferred
