Seeking an experienced Quickbooks Specialist to lead a swift migration project. Work remotely while transforming data and optimizing the new accounting software system efficiently.
This short-term role, lasting 1-2 months, is vital for transitioning to a new accounting platform. You will be responsible for cleaning and uploading data, mapping the chart of accounts, and ensuring reports pass testing. Additionally, training staff on system maintenance and usage is critical for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the migration of accounting software
• Transform and clean data for upload
• Map out the chart of accounts
• Conduct thorough testing of generated reports
• Train staff on new system use and maintenance
Requirements:
• CPA certification with Quickbooks experience
• Familiarity with Great Plains and Fresh Books
• Proven project management skills
• Commitment to completing the project on time
• Strong communication skills for staff training
