Position: Pharmaceutical Accounts Payable Remote Role
Join a well-established pharmaceutical company in Toronto as an Accounts Payable professional specializing in Net Suite. This remote position focuses on high-volume invoice processing and accurate financial management.

You will leverage your 2-4 years of Accounts Payable experience along with 1-2 years of working knowledge in Net Suite. The role includes processing invoices, executing payment runs, resolving vendor billing discrepancies, and maintaining accurate expense reports while supporting end-of-month activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately code and process high-volume invoices in Net Suite

• Execute ACH, wire, and cheque payment cycles for vendors

• Reconcile discrepancies in vendor statements effectively

• Audit and maintain employee expense reports

• Support month-end close activities with accurate ledgers

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of Net Suite experience

• 2-4 years in a dedicated Accounts Payable role

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• High accuracy in data entry and reconciliation

• Ability to thrive in a tech-oriented remote work environment
