As a Billing Coordinator, your responsibilities include collaborating with finance leaders and creating client invoices based on specific service contracts. Your ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment, coupled with solid Excel and communication skills, will be vital for success. Key Responsibilities:
• Read and interpret hauling service contracts
• Generate client invoices reflecting contracted prices
• Address billing-related client questions effectively
• Collaborate with financial team members
• Perform various finance duties and projects as needed
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in accounting with 1+ years experience
• Strong communication skills in writing and verbally
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
• Experience with accounting software, preferably Xero
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
