This full-time role demands oversight of accounts receivable processes while supporting accounting operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee full cycle accounts receivable functions effectively

• Handle collections, monitoring overdue accounts

• Communicate professionally with clients on billing issues

• Process daily deposits and cash applications

• Participate in month-end reconciliations and reporting

Requirements:

• Educational background in Accounting or Finance required

• Minimum 2 years of accounting or accounts receivable experience

• Proven skills in collections and reconciliations

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Experience using ERP/accounting systems is an asset
