Company Description

Based out of MPD Road, the office will be on a hybrid basis, with Monday to Friday :
Office and Saturday work from home.
Office Hours will be:
10:30 AM to 5:30 PM (If required flexibility or work from will also be considered)
The main role would be to maintain office work and accounts for multiple companies.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Accountant and office Assistant role based in Bhagalpur. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations, and providing financial insights to support decision-making. Additional responsibilities include budgeting, tax preparation, and managing accounts payable and receivable. The role requires collaboration with different departments to facilitate smooth financial and office operations.
Qualifications

Strong accounting skills, including proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and reconciliation
Experience and expertise in Tally
Proficiency in accounting software and tools, as well as general proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel)
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail abilities
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Professional certifications is a plus.
