Position: Accounts Payable Clerk Remote Opportunity
Join Health Shared Services as an Accounts Payable Clerk focusing on high-volume invoice processing.

This role offers a flexible work arrangement, ensuring accuracy while supporting the finance team.

As a temporary Administrative Support IV, you will help manage essential invoice processes using Oracle E-Business Suite and similar ERP systems. Engage with vendors and handle discrepancies while maintaining timely and accurate records. Strong communication skills are critical as you collaborate with internal departments and vendors alike.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and verify invoices and credit memos

• Reconcile invoices with purchase orders and payment processes

• Problem-solve and resolve invoice discrepancies

• Perform compliance checks and maintain vendor records

• Conduct training and support mailroom operations

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in high-volume invoice processing

• Proficiency in Oracle E-Business Suite or similar ERP

• Post-secondary education in accounting preferred

• Familiarity with Kofax software is an asset

• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
