ACCOUNTING INTERN

Objectives
Support accurate and timely bookkeeping activities of Wolford subsidiaries
Assist the Accounting team in daily operations and month-end closing activities
Gain hands-on experience in accounting processes within an international environment
Contribute to continuous improvement of administrative and financial processes

Main Tasks
Registration and posting of supplier invoices (AP booking)
Support in accounts payable and receivable activities
Assistance in month-end closing activities (e.g. reconciliations, data preparation)
Support in balance sheet account reconciliations
Data entry and verification of accounting records
Collaboration with internal departments (e.g. Controlling, HR, Wholesale)
Filing and documentation of accounting records
Support in ad hoc requests from the Finance department

Your Profile
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or similar
Strong interest in accounting and finance processes
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy

Good analytical skills and willingness to learn
Proactive and team-oriented mindset
Basic knowledge of accounting principles
Good knowledge of Excel; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus
Fluent in Italian and English, any other European language would be a plus
Immediate availability would be a plus
