POSITION SUMMARY We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced  Accounts Executive  to join our team and support Canadian accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Indian accounting principles, hands-on experience with accounting processes, and proficiency in  Quick Books .
In this role, you will be responsible for account reconciliations, insurance back-office support, bookkeeping activities, financial record management, and various accounting-related administrative tasks for our Canadian clients.
The successful candidate should possess excellent analytical skills, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining high-quality standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES  Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
Manage bookkeeping and day-to-day accounting transactions.
Process and maintain financial records using Quick Books.
Provide back-office support for insurance-related administrative processes.
Assist in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions.
Review, organize, and maintain accounting documentation.
Generate reports, statements, and financial summaries.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
Reconcile bank, credit card, and vendor accounts.
Maintain data accuracy across accounting systems and trackers.
Coordinate with overseas teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Follow established accounting procedures and compliance standards.
Support additional finance and administrative functions as required.

REQUIREMENTS  Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Strong understanding of Indian accounting practices and bookkeeping principles.
Mandatory hands-on experience with  Quick Books .
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Strong numerical aptitude and analytical skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Good written and verbal English communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

EXPERIENCE  Minimum 1–3 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, reconciliation, or finance operations.
Experience working with international accounting processes will be an added advantage.
Immediate joiners preferred.
