Due to continued business growth, we’re excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and ambitious Accounts Associate to join our dynamic Business Services team. As an Accounts Associate, you’ll be involved in the end-to-end preparation of accounts and personal tax returns, as well as playing a key part in supporting the wider team. You’ll gain hands-on experience across a varied client base, work closely with senior colleagues, and benefit from full ACA study support as you progress toward becoming a fully qualified accountant.
About the role:
- Assist the management team and Seniors with the compliance and delivery of their portfolios
- Provide technical support to all team members as needed, contributing to overall team performance
- Coach and mentor junior members of the team, helping them grow in their roles
- Attend college and progress through all three levels of the ACA qualification
- Undertake and complete the ACA course with full study support
- Promote and support equality, diversity, and inclusion across the team and wider firm
About you:
- AAT qualified or ACA part-qualified (QBE candidates also considered)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfortable in a client-facing role, with a proactive and team-focused mindset
- High attention to detail and accuracy in your work
- Able to manage your own workload and meet deadlines effectively
- Committed to delivering excellent client service and contributing positively to team culture
