Join the finance team at Marberg as a part-time Corporate Accountant in the Greater Toronto Area, primarily working remotely. Use your CPA expertise to manage critical accounting tasks and client communications.

Marberg is looking for a CPA with at least seven years of experience in public accounting. This role involves preparing financial statements, managing corporate filings, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. You will also utilize Case Ware for documentation and support external audits while enhancing accounting efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare corporate year-end working papers and financial statements

• Manage T2 tax returns and indirect tax filings

• Perform account reconciliations and maintain the general ledger

• Ensure accurate financial reporting monthly and quarterly

• Support external audits by responding to inquiries

Requirements:

• CPA designation essential

• 7+ years of experience in public accounting

• Proficiency in Case Ware, Docu Sign, Tax Prep

• Advanced Excel and MS Office skills

• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
