Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage the company’s payables and ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments. The role involves maintaining proper financial records, verifying supplier invoices, and supporting the finance team in daily accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and verify supplier invoices, staff claims, and payment requests.
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry into the accounting system.
  • Perform invoice matching with purchase orders and delivery orders where applicable.
  • Prepare payment schedules and process payments via bank transfer, cheque, or other payment methods.
  • Maintain proper accounts payable records and documentation.
  • Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal departments on invoice and payment-related matters.
  • Assist in month-end closing activities and AP reporting.
  • Support other accounting or finance-related duties when required.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Relevant experience in Accounts Payable or accounting roles, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Familiar with accounting software and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
  • Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
